The registration period will be from February 8
 to June 23. Teams must pay by June 23 for their bid to be considered. All teams will be notified within three days or earlier. Consideration will be given to teams travelling long distances. Payment must be received by the deadline for the team to be accepted into the tournament. Any teams not accepted will be issued a refund. Registration is confirmed once payment has been received. 
OCUA reserves the right to reallocate bids as required. 

There are 2 packages to choose from:

Competitive package - $550 (taxes included)
  • This year special: free admission to the Outlaw game on Saturday, July 22
  • All games (min. 3 each day)
  • Athletic care
  • Field food, tournament amenities
  • Winner of each division gets free entry to next year's tournament!!!
            Recreational Package - $275
  • 3 games on Saturday at UPI
  • Athletic care, tournament amenities 
  • Free round of drinks (15)
Divisions:
Adult Competitive:
• 16 teams in the Open and Women's divisions, and 16 teams in the Mixed Competitive
• Typically 3-4 games on Saturday, 3 games on Sunday at UPI

Junior Competitive:
• Open and Women's divisions

Adult Recreational:
• 8 team recreational mixed division
• Great chance for local OCUA teams to experience No Borders!

Payments: 
3 options for payments:
  • Cheque - please make your cheques payable to "Ottawa-Carleton Ultimate Association" and see below for mailing address
  • Email money transfer - send to moneytransfer@ocua.ca
  • Online payment by credit card - please follow the instructions sent in the confirmation email once you have filled out the online form. Note: you must have an OCUA account to pay online - only takes a few minutes to set up!

Refunds will be given if request is received in writing on or before the deadline. Refunds will not be given after that date unless your team can be replaced. A $50 admin fee applies.
